Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MLOps.dev (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

MLOps.dev provides infrastructure tooling for deploying, monitoring, and managing ML models on edge devices. The Service includes:

• The MLOps.dev web dashboard at www.mlops.dev
• The open-source edge agent (Apache 2.0 licensed)
• The MLOps.dev REST API and Python SDK
• Drift detection, alerting, and deployment orchestration services

3. Free and paid tiers

The Starter tier (up to 10 devices) is free and will remain free. Paid tiers (Team and Enterprise) are subject to the pricing shown at www.mlops.dev/pricing at the time of subscription. We will give 30 days notice before any price changes.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the ML models you deploy and their outputs
• You must not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service
• You must keep your API keys and credentials secure
• For regulated industries (healthcare, automotive, aviation), you are responsible for compliance with applicable regulations

5. Open-source agent

The MLOps.dev edge agent is open-source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the agent is governed by that licence, not these Terms. These Terms govern only your use of the cloud control plane and API services.

6. Data

You retain ownership of all data you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant MLOps.dev a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your model data or device telemetry for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Uptime and availability

We aim for 99.7% uptime for the cloud control plane. The edge agent is designed to operate fully offline when the control plane is unavailable. We do not guarantee specific uptime for the beta/early access period. Check status.mlops.dev for real-time status.

8. Limitation of liability

MLOps.dev is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLOps.dev Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You can delete your account from the dashboard settings. We will give 30 days notice before terminating a paid account (except for violations of these Terms). Upon termination, we will delete your data within 90 days unless you request a copy first.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will email registered users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
