Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MLOps.dev is operated by MLOps.dev Technologies Pvt. Ltd., founded by Raghunathareddy GR, based in Bengaluru, India. We build edge MLOps infrastructure — tools for deploying and monitoring ML models on edge devices.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following when you join our waitlist or use our product:

• Email address — required to add you to the waitlist and send onboarding information
• Name — optional, used to personalise communications
• Company name — optional, used to understand our user base
• Use case — optional, dropdown selection to help us prioritise features
• Usage data — when using the dashboard or API, we collect device telemetry, deployment logs, and drift metrics you choose to send us
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and page views collected automatically via analytics

We do not collect payment card data directly. Payments (when we charge) are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe or equivalent) subject to their own privacy policy.

3. How we use it

• To manage your waitlist position and send onboarding emails
• To provide and improve the MLOps.dev platform
• To send product updates and release notes (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To understand how the product is being used so we can make it better
• To comply with legal obligations

We will never use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with data brokers.

4. How we store it

Waitlist data is stored in a secured database hosted in India. We apply standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We retain your data for as long as you have an active account or relationship with us. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.

5. Who we share it with

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the service:

• Google Analytics — anonymised page view and behaviour analytics
• Email provider — to send transactional emails (waitlist confirmations, updates)
• Hosting provider — the infrastructure running our backend API

We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to access the data we hold about you
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mlops.dev with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies:

• Session cookies — used for dashboard authentication (JWT token storage). These expire when you close your browser.
• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to understand page visits. These are anonymised and do not identify you personally.
• Preference cookies — we store your waitlist dismissal preference in localStorage (not a cookie). No personal data is stored.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This may affect dashboard functionality.
